Between setting a goal and the deadline are hundreds of small choices, each one nudging you up or down.
A coaching model on incremental decisions; no single originator.
A goal is not achieved or missed on the deadline. It is decided by the many small moments in between, each of which either builds belief or erodes it.
From now to the deadline there are many moments that cause you to progress or regress. Each choice acts as a small feedback loop, producing either a confidence boost or a self-limiting belief.
Green light decisions compound upward: belief, confidence, trust. Each one makes the next slightly easier.
Red light decisions compound downward: limited belief, imposter feelings, comparison with others. Each makes the next harder.
The two lines start at the same point and diverge slowly. Neither feels significant on the day; the gap between them at the deadline is enormous.
It reframes the question from 'am I disciplined' to 'what did I just decide, and which way did it point'. That is answerable in the moment, several times a day, and it is where the outcome is actually determined.
